We offer comprehensive care through individual, group, and family therapy, plus psychological testing for ADHD and autism. We also coordinate with schools, physicians, and other professionals to ensure your family receives consistent, holistic support. Who We Are

The Center for Social Success, or CSS, began as the vision of founder Dr. Susan Istre who dedicated over 25 years to building a safe, trusted environment where children and families could access thoughtful, personalized therapy. Her approach emphasized warmth, clinical excellence, and helping clients build strong social and emotional skills to navigate life’s challenges.

Today, that vision lives on through her daughter Erin Lozano and co-director Holly Fedro. Both long-time practitioners at CSS, Erin and Holly now lead the center into a new era—one of continued growth, expanded services, and deepening partnerships with families and professionals alike. While CSS has evolved to meet today’s needs, it remains grounded in Susan’s original values: compassionate care, collaborative support, and the belief that every individual and family deserves to thrive.

CSS is a place where individuals and families can grow, heal, and thrive. While Susan remains a trusted advisor, Erin and Holly now lead the practice with a shared vision: to create a warm, expert-driven space that supports emotional growth and equips every client with the tools for lifelong success. Under their leadership, CSS continues to evolve—ensuring children, teens, adults and families get the support they need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
